Rowena Rubio ships all orders via the United States Postal Service. Shipping & Handling charges are based on the items purchased.

• For all US order, please allow 5-10 business days for ROWENA RUBIO to ship your items. You will receive an email confirmation once your order shipped.

RETURN POLICY

ROWENA RUBIO will gladly accept merchandise exchange or refund within 10 days of you receiving your items. SALE items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Please print our return form and fill it out and include it in your package, as well as your original receipt. We are unable to accept returns of worn or damaged items.
